I'm not rich, famous, or perfect (yet). I've made plenty of mistakes and will make plenty more. But I have accomplished a few things in my life worthy of the term "success" and am often asked how I accomplished them. With that being said, here are my successes and my advice on how to succeed in your own life.
1. I went from over 330 pounds to 150 pounds (give or take an ice cream cone)
I think these are three great pieces of advice around goal achievement. In order to be successful in any area of our lives, we need to get clear on what we want and focused on the strategies that will get us there. As much as we visualize and imagine ourselves achieving success, we cannot get there without taking action. What do you think of the strategies?
